COO and General Counsel
Debbie is an entertainment attorney who has worked for such companies as Getty Images, the GSN Network, and G4 Media. Her other areas of focus include non-profit strategic planning, partnership development and fundraising. She manages the legal, gifts and program management of the clients on our roster. Bruce Springsteen is her husband (in her head), she is a sick sports PHAN and she has an insane addiction to traveling.
Vice President, Strategy and Business Development
Steph may just know more about Philadelphia sports teams than the actual people who work and play for them. As a Biz Dev Wiz Kid (and proud Tulane grad!), she has built national marketing campaigns with the likes of QVC and others. She has a strange obsession with vintage denim and Wawa coffee, takes her Rita's 'classic' style and never met a Cowboy fan that she hasn't heckled, to their face of course.
Senior Event Director
Averi has 16+ years in producing large scale events. Her passion for event planning began when she was in the film industry; coordinating film screenings and movie premiers. She moved on to live television when she was part of the Post Academy Award broadcast team for Good Morning America. Corporate, Social & Entertainment Industry events are her forte. Averi says that the best part of her job is watching all of the pieces of the puzzle come together on event day.
Beth Pearcey Neal
Beth has produced event-marketing-fundrasing programs (of all sizes) for DTS, Inc., General Motors, Malibu Family Wines, Wood Ranch Golf Club and the Malibu Golf Club. Since opening the doors of Kelly Drive Productions in 2014 she has produced re-occuring experiential marketing and events for the MS Society, Future of Cities, NFL Players Congress and more. She also loves mozzarella sticks, Bravo! and spending as much time as possible with people who make her laugh. And a dry French Rose of course.
Julie is a newbie to Los Angeles, arriving with a 'Ridley Park' pedigree. She is a former elementary school teacher, so she's ultimately better at running a job or event than all of us combined. Julie is a peacemaker, director of first impressions, detail queen and will have clients booking their second event while she's still working on the first one. Her Philly accent is still in perfect form and she still flies home to 'go down the shore' even though Malibu is only 20 minutes from her house.
