After 20+ of building events, some of which we will not reveal because those were about 'paying the rent', we've gotten to the station in life where we really want to use our talents to help someone else. Let's be honest, we aren't going to be curing cancer anytime soon, but we could help an organization who is - and that's why the Non-Profit market is our passion.

How does it work? Simple really. We meet, we sip and get to know each other. We want to meet everyone in your entourage. Our team will start out asking you a gazillion questions over a few meetings, then prepare the vision, timeline and budget. Next is the process of bringing your ideas alive. It sounds really cliche but we will work side by side, sometimes talking daily, regarding your event.
When I say "we" I mean just that. Depending upon the size and scope of your project we have a fabulous harem that is fully charged and ready to assist. This team is included within the pricing.

Featured Client - Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation
We just wrapped the first EVER Gratitude Gala for Marc Ching's Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation. The Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization focused solely on rescuing abused dogs and dogs from the meat trade throughout Asia. They rescue them, provide full rehabilitation services, and then work to find them perfect homes www.animalhopeandwellness.org The event production included creating sponsorship packages, soliciting and booking sponsors, media planning, board education, venue and event programming and management, sponsorship management, contract review and construction and vendor partnerships (many were in-kind!).

Future of Cities
Imagine your excitement (or nausea) when you get a call 2 weeks before an event from a very dear friend at LA Magazine asking if you are free to build a fundraising party. Well you jump because it's a referral and you can't let your friend down, and then slowly you realize how BIG THIS PARTY IS! We built a 200 person event at the Pritzker residence in Beverly Hills with supporters Moby, Michael Govan, Madeleine Brand, Christopher Hawthorne, and others. Not everyday you get to work with real change makers committing themselves to protecting the entire future of a pretty big city. We brought everything into the estate from rentals to lighting to servers, plus got to work with Homeboy Industries (caterer) for the first time! Malibu Lumber Yard
This client is a shopping center on the iconic PCH in Malibu. We created a program for the center with the local art community. The program featured a strategic plan with the Malibu Chamber of Commerce, Art Space Malibu, the Malibu Arts Festival and the Malibu Art Association. Artists were commissioned into a vacant store space for a Pop Up Gallery to generate positive energy and community relations, along with sales and fundraising for the chamber and association.
Thousand Oaks Alliance for the Arts
The Angels of the Alliance is an auxiliary arm of the Thousand Oaks Alliance for the Arts. The 'Angels' run a program called KIDS IN THE ARTS, which funds a theatre performance and transportation for Title 1 schools in Ventura County, Our role was to plan the event but to also work with all of the schools, transportation, show production, Founder Reception and facilitation. What could be better than seeing 1000 children go see a theatre performance for the first time? Nothing. The light in their eyes, nervous excitement and cheering makes every seat alive.
We met Gina Peters of C4SN about a year ago when she approached us to take over her Gala planning. She was looking for a change up with the planning but also to help advising the board on their involvement and how to train them to be active fundraisers. Our programming was done over 8 months with weekly face time calls and monthly planning meetings. Legal advice, marketing and sponsorship solicitation and programming were all apart of the planning mix.
NFL Players Congress
The Retired NFL Players Congress, Inc.™ was incorporated to provide direct, legal representation in navigating business interests for the retired NFL player family. Our role is to bring these 'Men Who Made the Game' together at events, conferences and assist with the congress goals. We also have created a donor program for the Congress and we are currently working on securing funding for future programs.
